Therapy Services Provided

Danielle McLarty provides counselling therapy for a variety of mental health issues and life situations including, but not limited to:

  •  Anxiety 

  • Depression

  • PTSD

  • ADHD

  • Eating Disorders

  • Low Self-Esteem

  • Substance or Behavioural Addiction

Additionally, Danielle provides strategies for achieving school and career goals, maintaining healthy routines, and support through various life transitions. Danielle aims to empower you to reach your goals and live in a way that is aligned with your values, and create a stronger sense of joy in everyday life.

Modalities of therapy include:

​

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness and Acceptance-Based Therapy

  • Somatic Experiencing

  • Supportive Psychotherapy

 

As a therapist, Danielle believes that different approaches work for different people and therefore therapy and coaching should be a collaborative process between the client and therapist.

Individual and couples therapy are both being conducted via phone and video sessions.

 

Note:
Due to provincial regulation, I will not be able to work with clients who reside in Ontario, Quebec, P.E.I., New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or those living outside of Canada. Alberta is currently awaiting proclamation of similar legislation.
